Akali on howling abyss/in a bush

Can we talk about this for a second? You can't see her twilight shroud when she uses it in bush, I was training one of my friends against morgana stuns and the only way I knew he switched bushes was because I was suddenly being slowed. Shouldn't we be able to visually see the shroud because of the slow??
