Connection problems

I Play league a lot but the only thing that I dislike and stops me from playing the game is that the poor connection I get from the game, I live out in the country so the only internet that comes out this far is xplornet, so i am use to seeing 2000-3000 ping everyday but what I don't understand, when my internet is 200 ping I get disconnected from the game or my internet constantly goes out just from play league of legends. When my game crashes in the loading then when I reconnect to my game the ping goes up and down for about 5min 200-3000 ping than after the 5min, my teams gets mad at me cuz i been waiting because the constant ping doesn't let me move till it stops. I have never played a game that my ping went up over 1000 and I been suspended many times from it 70% was just because league dc's me. And I seen many articles about league of legend suppose to have their own networking tower up by this month but haven't heard anything about it. So overall ill like to know why league hurts me internet so much, I know my internet is poor but when its decent league of legends still finds away to mess it all up.
