is it just me or did my main champ just get obliterated with this celerity , ravenous hunter change. means his already weak sustain is weaker. his dmg is going to be considerably less.

So just give it a few months. Riot just wants to make them underpowered for a little bit so when the updates go live they feel way better.

Well, not THE next vgu, cause that would be Kayle and Morgana. But some rioters have said Kennen looks like he will be next in the line up.
He meets all the criteria for a full relaunch, he has no lore, his model is boring, his animations kinda suck, his gameplay is a bit rough, he has like 12 voice lines, he hasn't had an ultimate skin, he's popular enough, he doesn't live up to the trope of a lightning ninja

If you want HP sustain, why not build AD? He is perfectly capable of going AD and succeeding.

You're trading off a measly ~25 AP (that's only during E + Nimbus Cloak btw otherwise it's like ~5 AP) for much better roaming potential or opting out of celerity into a more/equally impactful rune (E.g. Nimbus Cloak + Gathering Storm).
