Older champions need some love

Okay so I am a Brand main, i do fairly well as him until "late game" where then i see every other mid laner out scale me, im not looking for a huge buff but he does need a little bit of scaling fixed, like instead of his pillar being +65% it be +70% and his ult be +55% of his total ap, OR not including, make his passive scale off of his total ap too, maybe +5% or lower not too crazy but something to give him a little help, other than that I think his kit is good but needs a small push... please
