I was ranked Silver 4 before season 6 ever ended. Why do I not have a silver border?

Did you fall back to Bronze 1 or lower before the season ended? The border is for which rank you ended the season as, not which rank you got to. Also, I'm not sure if the new borders have been given out yet.

Because Ranked Flex is an entirely new queue. You start from zero and with no previous seasons.

Your Season 6 Dynamic Queue border will presumably show up in your Solo/Duo Queue games in Season 7.

I think they said it could take until this friday for some people to get rewards, I could totally be confusing that with doombots though.
