I think the Riven nerfs is a bit too extreme; from 3 stacks of her Passive to 1 hit is pretty huge nerf for Riven but maybe 2 max would be best or a early game Buff would compensate for this. Her early game is both strong or can be weak, no in between and this nerf would really kill her.
It's forcing people to actually think about their ability use instead of just spamming then getting shit tons of free damage on her autos. It's only a nerf for bad Riven players, good ones won't notice much of a difference.
Not like this will make her any more difficult to play, she's still stupidly easy, the really bad Riven's will just be even more noticeable. Basically her low skill cap ceiling ain't moving, but her skill floor has dropped some more. So just get good at her, which isn't hard, and you'll be just fine with the nerf.
just change the area stun to something sane.
where are people getting all this info?
This will mean you need to Walk to your target and then use your Qs if you want to keep them at Max damage, Instead of 3Q auto Stun auto auto once more then dash out. (i know i messd up the combo), Maybe initiate with your Dash instead of using it as a safegaurd.

Nah, it won‘t. Good riven will almost never have more than 1 stack
