Why isn't blind pick now team Builder

Really the topic has it all with teambuilder gone why can Blind pick replace that allowing everyone to pick their champion and Lane before hand so that there is less conflict over who's going where in blind. Plus you still end up with the blind pick versus the opposing team because you can't see each other anyways.
