Pantheon is Busted Beyond Belief

is simply busted. This may sound like a "tilt" post, but it is not. I'm writing this to make people aware of how overwhelmingly strong he is right now. Now before you say what every Pantheon player says, "he falls off hard late game!", yes, yes he does. The problem is his early game is TOO strong. It doesn't let the game get that long. His 55% win rate is similar to when a 56% but he didn't even make it through 1 patch like that. Pantheon has made it through more then 3 patches with his win rate 54%+ and I have seen him dominating nearly every game. I don't think he needs a huge nerf, maybe just lengthen the cooldown on his Q in the earlier levels and have it scale to the same cooldown as it is now. Other suggestions are welcome.
