Ryze Ult abuse in Ascension

While in game an playing a game of Ascension the enemy picked ryze. Ryze can abuse his ult while getting a relic he can ult out of range and still get the relic even though he isn't near the place of it its annoying since u really cant stop him from getting it, unless he moves. here ill add the game file(save) from the game i played against him https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxACiTMPMiFjY2pZV0FFRWVQd1E/view?usp=sharing this is the steps he does:

1. Start Ult
2. click on relic
3. Ult tp you out of zone
4. wait till the relic is captured
