No borderless option

riot plz this new hud is terrible, the surrender box is huge and i can't change it, and it covers up the enemy respawn timers, the new hud looks alright but i don't think it is an upgrade at all and worst of all you took away the BORDERLESS option, i 'm done untill this is changed (ps idk what board riot wants this in)
