he falls behind other junglers way too frequently because of his need for preparation while others just fucking walk in and kill everyone so hes throttled from farming. make his E cd go down with the globs he picks up. this guy was made for farming yet he does it so poorly

Nah he has a good jungle clear considering he has an evil gank potential. What he really needs is to either gain friggen E untargetability/spell immune or to have the shadow on his E be much less telegraphed.
Way too hard for him to actually do his job some games when every form of CC outside of slow can just swat him out of the sky.
