Idea to help with the tolls and afk issue

So I'm sure everyone knows how frustrating it is to finally get to your promos in b4 only to have them trashed by trolls. This never shouldve happened because we are all really diamond players that got placed in bronze because rito servers are garbage. BUT it did happen and we would like to move up. I propose the following idea:

A mark based system within each league and division.

The system would keep track of how many reports an account gets and based on that number puts them into a class. The classes would be something based on how much effort is being put into the game. For example, someone that has no reports, (or very low because it happens to everyone) would be put into the highest class. Mid level reports into the mid class, and high number of reports into the low class.

These classes would then be the groups of players that you get matched with in games. This would help those of us that are seriously trying to move up only to be stomped by a few troll games. It would also help rid the game of trolls because trolls cant troll in a troll filled troll game. If everyone is trolling than none of the trolls would have fun.

I would also like to add that it would be possible to move up the class system. This would simply be based on the number of marks against you in a given time period.

I think that this would have the immediate effect of helping people that are serious about climbing actually climb, without affecting the upper ranks of league. It would actually make the upper ranks more competitive because of the classes. And everyone loves a fun competitive game. But more than that I think it would help clean up league for future players and for players that are on the fence about staying or going due to trolls and afk's and whatnot.
