So Bard is fun and unique but Riot your community is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. I play rank as adc sometimes. My worst memories are with Bards. They don't know what to do they just stand next to me with there ult stun/slow and the heal. They even try to wall gank a vayne. I am just like crying over my computer as this happens. Please Riot fix him rework him or even scrap him away. LCS doesn't use him because he isn't viable.

I would point out that in the event mentioned above it sounds like the issues where the players and not the champ. They sounded as useful as a lux who wiffs all her spells or a Blitz who only Qs full hp tanks and minions. Also remember that if your retreating snag any hp pots on the ground as odds are they will get squashed and that if your not in dire need wait the few seconds required for the heal to grow. Good luck.
