Why couldn't we remake

one of the ppl in our team was afk from the very beggining and we couldn't remake, we tried several times but there was written: "remake can only be made if one or more ppl in the game are disconnected" or sth like that, I got demoted because of that and so I beg you to fix this and if it is possible give me lp back or sth

did he leave fountian before afking? did the enemy execute at fountain? did he buy before going afk?

The game must have detected the player as still being connected/trying to connect so it blocked the remake option.
