Sync Items and Abilities to a Hotkey

Hi everybody, I starting maining Lucian recently and I was wondering if there is any way to sync a BC or Blade of the Ruined King to his Q to ad that +100 damage. Also, if you have any other tips for Lucian they are much appreciated. Thanks

What do you mean? Black cleaver doesnt have an active. Also you can at max have one action per buttonpress, so you cant bind the bork activ and q on the same button.
