Tip for the future

Hello Riot,

I am an Avid league player. I will say I enjoy my experience on LoL majority of the time and I hope this information helps with the development of the game.

One feature that I feel is absolutely pointless, is the fact that others can view how much LP you have and can tell through sites like LoLnexus if you're in series. My own studies have shown and i have bore testament to the fact that for some reason when people find out you're in series.. the likeliness of trolling almost doubles if not triples. I also find that 90% of the time when I'm in series thats when i get paired up with trolls. Anyone else who has been in a familiar situation please chime in.

You find yourself grinding and grinding until you hit series then you seemingly get paired up with people of alarmingly low skill levels and trolls. I don't know if this is how the game is designed to keep people balanced but the truth is, its a very bad experience.

I've said this once in the past, I feel League should implement some kind of " Prestige " mode. Not like call of duty where you " prestige" and all your runes and masteries disappear but like something that allows other players to identify you by skill level and also allow you to be paired up with players of similar skill.

For example: When you prestige you will get a unique summoner icon with like a gold number 1. then when you prestige again you'll get another icon or symbol. If you don't want to go through the work of "summoner icons" then on the boarder of each champion the number should appear.

If you're looking for a reason to profit, then use prestige mode as a way to elevate players who take the game seriously. if you want to market it, then to prestige should cost 500rp. You can either prestige and play with players of similar skill levels or be doomed to forever being paired up with noobs and trolls.

I know it may sound stupid at first " punishing " honest good players with a cost to Prestige but think about it.. Trolls are trolls because League is free. and with enough time they can ween through the levels and back into competitive play where they ruin the game for people who really are trying to get better. And to be honest and blunt the tribunal system is horrid and the banning system is horrid because i've seen too many deliberate trolls announce things like " who cares riot doesn't do sh** anyway" and continue to troll and be free in games.

Charging to prestige may seem like a shady deal but the truth is, an honest player like me.. i'd gladly pay the cost to be able to play and be surrounded with a better community as opposed to trying hard to win only to fail at the hands of AFK players and trolls.

Riot if you do read this and want a complete design of how the prestige system should work. I already have it laid out, i figure its too long to throw it into the forum but i could email you guys the file so you could look at it. Please.. something like this before the next season would be amazing,.
