Getting S but no CHEST

Hey riot and players, after s6 i been getting S with many new champions in s7 but I never got a chest for it idk why maybe someone can help me with.

Btw my English is bad so sorry if i cant explain well.

Common reasons to not get a chest with an S:

  1. Don't own the champion
  2. Already received the chest on that champion this season
  3. Too recent of bans/suspensions/punishments
  4. Did not have a chest 'charge' to use.

You only get one chest per week. You can see on your profile page how many you have left and when you will get the next one.
