BUFF CLEANSE

I just recently played a game and saw a warwick on their team so i said to myself hey i should take cleanse. UNFORTUNATELY about 7 minutes in the game i figured out YOU CANT CLEANSE HIS ULT. Why is this a thing? The description reads "Removes all disables and summoner spell debuffs affecting your champion and lowers the duration of incoming disables by 65% for 3 seconds." Now a reasonable solution to fix this is to take away the reduced duration of incoming disables by 65% and instead Make it work LIKE A QSS. Because a qss actually removes the debuffs. So with this i rant and none will probably read this but hey w/e i del better.
