A good way to surrender early that everyone is happy with (within 5 minutes)

metaworldpiece10 was wondering if there would be a way to give up a match if the game is a 4v5 as soon as the game starts and I was thinking a good way would be an option that allows you to surrender within 5 minutes if someone did not connect to the game. if 3 out of 4 people agree then the game ends in a tie and the side that surrendered gains/losses no lp, and the side that didn't surrender gains half the lp they would normally gain if they won the match.

this option is only available to the team that truly has one player not connected to the game. Only the player that is disconnected losses lp because you should not be playing the game if there is a chance you could inconvenience others.

I thought this might be a good way to solve this problem but feel free to down vote if this idea is dumb because I** thought** I had this spark of genius just now and this idea came to mind XD

GG people with toasters and people who have the loading screen crash on them, causing them to load in a minute late.

People in a competitive based game looking for easier ways to give up ive been on this game for over 2-3 years back some time ago you almost never expected a full team cause a person was d/ced almost every game some time its you some times its enemy some times its you twice but the tenacity to not give up and pull through ive won 3 v 5's with me on 3 and lost 3v5's with me on 5s. this community now adays lacks tenacity this may be why many people dont even know this item or use it item 3172

This is one of silliest things I have heard. I want you to apply this logic to to 2 teams showing up at an arena to play real life sport. If you are thinking they are different, they aren't. "We have too few players. Doesn't matter. Play on." The ref doesn't even let you field fewer players than required. When did SR start going by street rules in ranked. Riot get your @#$% together.

Its a computer and its solos you want garenteed teams not to leave you there are team. no stadium unless you are lcs and in that case as with other sports you have a back up too. you nerds arnt lcs and the whole thing cant go on if you arnt there at best its gym class and if you have less people than nessicary in the class you play on or you grab some one who is supposed to be in class but isnt. you go into solos knowing that for various reason people leave cause a good amount of the community doesnt have what it takes in them to stand against the odds and some people things happen we play at home usually at an age where we arnt the dominant power in the house some one else is king and if king calls you while you on your break you come or risk loseing your head. houses burn people get attacked but remember stay at the computer cause if you leave then everyone else has to too. i dont want people to leave the game scott free but in most movies (dont say but its just a movie cause this is a game in witch people with the skills can penta 1v5 with little to no help) any time some one uses underhanded methods to try to defeat the protagonist he/she overcomes its not easy but they try their best it doesnt happen every time but it does happen. in the same way when both sides are fair there is still a possibility to lose

Just saying its a know risk. if any thing give the casuals their leave at 5 on normals but take away surrendering all together on ranked so when they go in they know what they getting into for better or worse

There is a time and place for surrender, and seriously, you can't stop teams from effectively surrendering anyways by just refusing to defend towers.

make that time and place normals so that they know that they in ranked for better or worse and if they tired of it they can stay their lazy quitting ____ in normals

Yeah I figured you would mitigate responsibility. Most are the Internet are that type. Some how when you don't see the face you are @#$% over it is easier to do so. EVEN WHEN YOU AGREE TO NOT DO IT IN ADVANCE.

This is not a personal attack on you as a player.

thank you for that i try not to be as touchy as the rest of the community. nothing is definitively over until its over hence the meaning of the word over. it does not mitigate responsibility becasue the same leave buster systems would be in place to punish those who do wrong. but if the game is to provide a challenge and when you are challenged you want to give up that is an oxymoron.

I see your point but I don't think the idea of the challenge was to wage a 4 on 5. Do you feel that this is what Riot intends or are they at the mercy of their own system? If I start the game one man down, that should be a forfeit. you don't have enough men to field.

anything that seems like a challenge a vast majority of people seem to give up and surrender and if they cant they feed or stop playing
