Due to his nergs in 9.4 i suggest to riot a change i suggest to put a limit like urgot and pyke to his r so you know when you excute i hope you discuss it

That only applies to ults with execution thresholds, the only one that may need it is Garen with how his ult is.
It's not an execute though.
Karthus's R isn't an execute (although it's often used for one), does magic damage rather than true (so it's harder to gauge), and has like a billion other damage modifiers along with it.
Pyke and Urgot do simple true damage, and only as an execute.
will speaking of which do cho gath even have one? i heard he does but i cant notice it....
