Can we add Summoner spell cool down icons to portraits?

im serious, we need to be able to time flashes, teleports, ignites, and exausts. Especially for people with chat restriction who cant respond when a person says, how long on exaust? How long on teleport?

Also enough with people saying. My flash was down. If its up on your portrait, you better just be like, oh sorry I guess I just misplayed huge.

We have timers on everything in this game except teammates summoner spells. and i guess well enemy summoners spells, but that wouldn't be fun.

I like the concept in Dota 2 where you can alt ping your own spells to indicate cooldowns, I like league way more though, and I see the reasoning for not doing this on regular spells because the cooldowns are 3-12 seconds for 90% of the spells in the game and there are already ultimate timers. But adding a timer ping for summoner spells wouldn't be a bad idea.

i was thinking just as your own summoner spell icons, you just put the cool down as either up or down, and you can just scroll over with the cursor, or even better put the timer permanently. Maybe even add an option to enable or disable for picky people.

for all the people voting no, im a high plat low diamond player, this is a smurf account, i am just curious as to why you think its a bad idea? How will it lower the level of game play, and lower the coordination of team fights?
