Am I missing something? The damn sightstone DOES NOT refill after visiting the shop (like the tooltip says).
It only refills after you complete a RECALL.
Catches me out so all the time, wandering off to do more warding and...where's my damn charges uuuuuuugh. Seriously, wasted so much time because of this.
Fix the tooltip or fix the item.

you've gotta walk up the stairs to the circle. once you do it will refill your sighstone. if you recall it automatically spawns you on the platform. you can activate the shop from the stairs which is out of the healing platform. the healing platform is what grants you the refill.
this is seriously like some 1st grade video game logic. you do sound angry. walking into a pokemon center doesnt automatically heal your pokemon, but for the longest time that's all pokemon ever told you to do when you wanted to heal them. "go to the pokemon center to heal your pokemon after battle." then you go and have to try and figure out what building is the center and what "going to the pokemon center" entails.
however - i agree that by saying visiting the shop one could argue that you're visiting the shop simply by pressing the P key.
