Incredibly one sided games/Dynamic que

Megeflegorf··65 votes·2,894 views

Lately, whenever I get into a game, it's just...so one sided. Such as my match history, the most recent game as Vi, bottom lane gave up around 10 kills to Jinx, before they ever hit level 6. Arguably, their dynamic que either got lucky or was just much better. Not too sure what can be done when the enemy bottom lane has 10 kills before 10 minutes. Not to mention mid lane getting thrashed too.

Meanwhile, the game as Sivir, was the complete opposite, The enemy team just got trashed from the beginning. Team started to throw about half way through by going 2v5 and such but we just grouped and ended after I pointed it out. Anyways, they were getting wrecked.

The point is, it seems like I haven't had a CLOSE/EVEN game in quite some time. It's always just a complete stomp one way or the other. Is this due to dynamic que or just bad/good match ups?

It's not just you, I've felt this way for a while now. I can't tell if it's the new champ select where you (mostly) can get your role, or if it's the new Dynamic Queue where teams are given with pre-mades of varying skill levels. I'm in the middle of Silver and I'm feeling this. I can only imagine what's it like being in high ELO.

Why can't it be the fact that some games you are going to have good players and other games you aren't? :)

Out of 50 games I had with Dynamic, only 2 actually felt like it could have been anyone's game.

...How do you blame DQ for that rather than the game environment, if you had to blame anyone?

a game of leagues with high levels of communication is much faster paced in general. You can coordinate and plan much more intricate plans quickly through voice chat. For example, if your premade is tower diving, a shotcaller has an easier time saying "I'll tank turret for x number of shots, hold your stun until my snare expires. Keep going. I'm not tanking anymore" than relying on simple pings. Because of this, premades who have a voice communicating system can snowball kills much easier than soloq players or non communicating premades.

So you're saying games are stomps because, in 48/50 games, you played with 4-5 man premades?

Hell, you're assuming that premades are always going to be that coordinated in the first place?

This is like LEAPING to conclusions...

I'm not the original poster. I'm just chipping in an example...

I didn't mention all the premades I had to fight and fought alongside with.

why does everyone seem so desperate to blame anything bad in their games on dyanmic queue? i don't think this has anything to do with it. one sided games have never been that rare. and when you play a lot, sometimes you'll get a bunch of them in a row. that's how it works. if it has gotten a little more common this season (average game times did drop a little bit--but not that much), it's because of changes to the game itself (respawn times, tower hp, etc), not dynamic queue.

i just had a 13 minute game with no trolls. do you understand i couldn't even get a 13 minute game if i said open mid from from the start? every lane including me is 0-4 or 0-5 against a 4man maybe even a 5man premade. just blew my mind.

every game I play is a one sided stomp for the most part. I think like 3 games I played this entire season where i actually came back and won the game from a one sided stomp. There might have been about 10 games that were actually even matches but this is out of like 100 games. So over 80% of my games I'd played this season have been just one sided stomps that I have zero control of the outcome because its like your playing a 5v1 game instead of a 5v5 game.

I've got no idea about high elo but I've seen people not happy with it. Even in Silver it's pretty bad from what I've noticed myself. I play as a trio sometimes and it's not too bad because we can work together easily via skype but when I go solo it either goes REALLY rough to the point where I give up hope on that game and just wait till the next or it goes incredibly well.

Playing solo, it feels terrible when you just feel completely powerless because one of your lanes got obliterated or you're doing okayish but then get hit by a coordinated 4 man dive. Feelsbadman.

It's not entirely dynamic queue's fault.. part of it is the respawn timers and the broken bruiser items. Teams that are ahead are nearly always able to hold onto and their advantage because if someone gets fed in lane, and they wipe the enemy team in a teamfight as a result, the ridiculous respawn timers ensure that the enemy team is able to take multiple towers and perhaps an dragon as a result. The resulting buffs/gold increase to everyone else on the team ensures that they stay ahead.

It's really hard to carry this season as a result of this. Even if you got 1-2 kills, destroyed the tower, and didn't die at all in your lane, that 0-8 and 0-5 Thresh and Varus bot will make the game literally impossible to come back from.

It's maddening, and it's the reason I've stayed away from ranked for a good part of this season. Unless you completely destroy your lane; like, obliterate them from the face of Summoner's Rift, your chances of winning are usually 50-50 depending on which team feeds first.

Same way too, I just had a lossing streak for no reason... people just started to be toxic, trying to 1v3, give up objectives for no reason and starts bad teamfights... Didn't know wtf is happening lol

I actually don't think DQ is the problem here. It's probably the fact that a Vi with only iceborn and her jungle item can wreck my 3/2/1 ADC when she firsts ganks with minimal help from her bot lane.

The tank items are so broken right now that you don't even need to communicate, you can just brute force your way through.

This usually only happens when a 5 man is matched with solo players or not a full party. Its happening more often with dynamic queue, but it isn't entirely dynamic queue's fault.

BRING BACK SOLO QUEUE RIOT

OhWanderer1 votes

wait so riot's changes are causing huge game breaking impacts and its causing people to rage and uninstall? does that mean they will see that and undo recent suspensions and restrictions ??? "...we will never undo a ban or restriction for any reason ever..." ...shit.

This game is broken.. End of story!

Runes & Masteries are a Joke.. and 1 Man Armies are Cancer.. Nasus is a prime example.. anyway.. it's basically just ONE SIDED gaming.. 0 meta..etc.

the end

Year or more has passed, things haven't changed, still 1sided games...Just gad game with endscores of teams were 19/41. So fun to get facefcked... enemy had 11 kills before 8th minute mark...

It's way worse in solo/duo queue, it's a total clown fest there and there's practically no "even games" it's just stomps and stomps.
