Fizz, Yasuo, or Leblanc?

I'm a mid/top main and I want to buy one of these champs. I can afford Fizz and Leblanc, and I'm close to having the 6300 for Yasuo. I don't play ranked (IM SO BAD AT RANKED AND NEED TO GET BETTER).

Not your best choices. If your looking to get better don't play champions who have a high skill ceiling. Malzahar will really help you to learn to time cs correctly and make you ward. Start small and build up, then you will really enjoy it when you start playing high work high rewards champions.

And yes, I know there will be people telling me that Fizz or Yasuo are "OP" or "no skill" champs.

Yasuo is a good choice but might be to hard for someone new.Leblanc is a strong assassin with a average skill cap.Fizz isn't to hard to play and is also a strong champion. I would recommend Leblanc or Fizz but if you are only going to play them for a short amount of time instead of taking your time to learn the champion I recommend Fizz. You should also consider twisted fate because he is a good pick and will help you improve your csing and map awareness, more specifically map awareness.
