Some Riot employee could randomly spectate random matches to detect troll, toxic,...etc. players.I do not agree that players dont get banned, i dont mean those players who had 'a bad day', for example i met one player who strted to flame from start of the game for every fails possible (cancer ur' family,etc... .).Next day i played with him again even i reported him and he had the same atitue so i reported him again... and i'm having the feeling it had no efect.So i often meet this kind of players, or they go afk because is "just a normal game". At last give them some more warning messages after a report, or something like that ...please.I know you guys dont have time for that, but somehow you have to improve the tribunal ...

Yeah. Worse yet (and im toxic AF so i dont have a leg to stand on) i'll go out of my way to block some feeder cunt and i'll get them in my very next game. What if he was calling me bad, Riot! What if he hurt my feelings! I would've had to endure him in champ select until I could mute him in game and report him again afterwards. Riot! My feelings.
