Your current MMR is lower then the rank.

your mmr is very very low then. make a new account because you won't ever escape it unless you miraculously win 20 games in a row lol. i'm not sure of the complete logistics of mmr but it basically pairs you with people based on the amount of wins/loses you have, so you must have so many loses that your mmr dropped like a rock into the deepest dankest parts of rank, never to return.

Your MMR must be terribly terribly low. Basically, if your MMR is lower than the current rank you are in, then you will lose more when you lose and earn less when you win. If you're MMR is higher than your current rank, you'll earn for a win than you will a loss. So even though you are bronze 5...you must have more losses than wins and your current MMR means you'll be staying in bronze 5...waiting for the soft reset at the beginning of the season is an option or simply trying to even out your wins and losses.

Your mmr is really low. Really REALLY low. You need to start winning more if you want to get into higher divisions/tiers. The fact that it took you only 2 games to lose what you gained in 6 wins, means that you should probably be even BELOW bronze level, but since there isn't something below it, you just stay in B5. As of now, I say your best bet is to wait for the soft reset in S5 and try ranked then. Until then, just practice in bot games/normals and practice the basics, since I'm guessing you are lacking in them. Work on improving your basic skills and then try ranked when you feel that you've seen yourself improve.
