Illaoi Tentacle spawn
On the description for a vessel on the PBE it says:
"Vessels will also periodically spawn tentacles on Nearby impassable terrain. So if say, there was an enemy azir nearby, and he were to ult. Could in theory a tentacle spawn on said wall? So could in theory, the enemy be blocked, but also have a tentacle spawn on said block....?
