Illaoi VS Nasus Game of Stacks

Why in the world the q of nasus stacks on the tentacles of illaoi, it stacks on turret of sacho and heimi but at least this 2 can defende alone, I have outplayed a nasus but after my first back he ad the double of stacks of before cause have killed all my tentacles with q + when hitting the tentacle he recover a ton of life, normali life steal doesn't mean a % of your dmg get back to you in life? Why doing 1 of dmg should get you back 200?. Is impossible win witout backing but if you go back nasus stacks and you get screwed, game breaking mechanic.

This might seem frustrating, but it's really no different than other mechanics that counter certain champions. If you want to play toplane you have to understand that more than any other position, it's a game of counters.

This mechanic is consistent with other things in the game. The same applies to Veigar's Q, and it works on Yorick ghouls and probably a few other things.

Regarding the Lifesteal, this requires understanding of how "Ward" objects operate. Stuff like Illaoi's Tentacles "reduce" incoming damage to (generally) 1 health. But this kind of Damage reduction does not reduce the lifesteal, and the life restored is calculated before reduction. (Making wards a fairly juicy target to restore on, as generally they have 0 Armour)

All of this behaviour is consistent with the game, and it's not an outlier by any means. While it may be frustrating to play against, it's really no different than any other "counterpick" mechanic.
