Rank emblem

I'm new to rank and I have a question. I reach silver for the first time and I won 10 Silver games but I don't see the silver emblem in my game queue which is the silver color on my name once the champs have been selected. I don't what it is exactly call which am hoping to know what it is call but also why don't I have the silver emblem in my game queue?

As Marsh says, you receive Ranked Rewards at the end of the season. The border will then last until the end of the next season (though you keep the other rewards like icon and skin of course). Ranked Rewards and season end date will be announced later on in the season.
