No I got into another match with him He was muted so they muted him for a unknown amount of time.

OK you and so many others are a seem to have funnel vision, the Tribunal was introduced in 2011 (mid season 2), it's implement was to help rioters (team of "mods" basically) with the long list of reports, those rioters where doing all the banning 1 by 1... so before the tribunal there where still reporting and banning, idk why you and many others somehow think that the tribunal being shut down means no one is getting banned.

7 Month old thread.

In the screenshot it clearly says "punished by the tribunal". I know that people are still being banned.. The alert message that Riot sends out though is most certainly misleading
