Can this laptop run teamfight tactics?

Literally only gonna play teamfight tactics on this, mainly using this for work. Doubt it would be able to run league well enough :( Is this good enough to play teamfight tactics?

Keep in mind that it's an integrated graphics unit, You will not be able to max out the settings and still maintain a high FPS on 1920x1080.
You will probably be able to play the game on medium if you turn off Shadows.
