Why can't I carry silver elo on a smurf?

Hey, So as the title says I'm having trouble carrying silver elo as a diamond smurf. I have no idea why this is because to this day, I have a total of 4 different accounts all of which I have climbed to at least diamond 5 with a 60% win rate or above in most cases. On my current smurf, I'm 1-6 in placements and just cannot seem to win. So is this something that's normal or am I actually playing like a silver player? I feel like it's become much harder to carry for some reason. Previously I'd go into a game and have full confidence that I'd destroy the game and win no matter what kind of team I was given. Now though, I think I may actually be developing slight ranked anxiety from playing on my smurf because for every loss the thought of me thinking my skill level has actually dropped to this elo grows stronger. So have you guys experienced anything like this before or do I just need to take a break or something?

No this is because the game has turned into complete shit. Riot has totally fucked league.

The main reason is because 50% of people in silver r smurfing. the other 50% are getting shit on by smurfs.

Smurfing should be hunted down and eliminated. Where the hell is Gargamel when you need him?

Does the system have an algorithm that will insert a given summoner into a bad teams que once he begins to do well? I got my win rate mid up to 87% and was at a 70% win rate with Kayle. Consistently getting competent summoners on my team, not people that carry hard but simply play correctly. Once I carry a handful of games I start getting horrible team mates for an incredibly long streak. So would something exist in their que settings that would involve: Player A win rate% > 60% then group with Players B,C,D,E, whose win rate % < 30%.????? Because I have observed this as fact.

I do think that there's something like this in place but it could just be me being sceptical. It's the reason why you usually have streaks i.e. a huge loss streak after a big win streak because Riot tries to keep you at a 50% win rate. Obviously it's different for smurfs because they should be able to carry even with bad teams, but if you're around your true elo then I believe it is the algorithm affecting you.

As a person that smurfs a lot : There are some games you just can't win. However depending on how good you are / how positive you are, you can make those unwinnable games less frequent. I mostly play Kat when smurfing so my team doesn't really matter, and I have almost 75%wr on average on other champions. And i noticed that if you were about to flame/get tilted on one game, you will be matched with horrible players on the next game. I thought it was karma, but getting tilted actually changes your teammates

Yea that's what really gets me. I know 100% I'm good enough and can perform well enough to carry but I can't atm. Here's a screenshot from a couple games I played on a smurf a few days ago: https://i.imgur.com/7S22LbJ.png Here's a screenshot from some games on my most recent smurf: https://i.imgur.com/nF1RA8p.png

In the first screenshot, that's actually gold rank, so it's higher than my current smurf yet I carried way harder. So, I'm not sure what's going on. Feels like some sort of barrier preventing me from performing well atm.

What do try to do to carry? I'm not really good, but I'm confident on this deduction based on peoples claims and on my own observation: At the moment, carrying isn't about using your lead to do the job of many but about making your personal lead a team lead. In other words, carrying is using your lead to give a lead to your teammates.

If you are already doing this then I have no help to give, if you aren't doing this then you might see significant improvement just by doing it.

I dunno, multiple accounts and bronze, silver, gold all feel like intermediate bots where my team mate's actionsmean nothing. Maybe your champ choice for silver is bad?

It's because riot wants most of the players to be in silver imo. They dgaf about how good you are they will match you with people that do dumb shit and get caught out frequently, chase fizz into his ult when he can 2 shot them etc. and there's nothing you can do about it. Best to make a new account and move on if it keeps happening. I mean a few deaths is fine, die 3 times in laning phase I'm good or if you die a lot but take 5 turrets I'm good with that too. Die 19 times and accomplish nothing other than resetting your gold worth? Now you become uncarriable because a full team full builds vs 1 guy full build who will win?

It is alot more difficult to carry in this game state due to all the champs that are meta that require no real skill to one shot you. Burst champs are inherently less effective at carrying themselves because you blow your load, then you're done, but they are great at shutting down another player who is doing well that you want to stop from carrying the enemy team. Most obvious example I saw of this problem was a norm game I played against a bronze 1 shaco when I was adc. I won lane, but he snowballed off someone and had dark harvest, so even though me and him were both doing well, all he had to do to take me out of the game was Q, walk up, auto, E. However you can't really abuse that playing shaco or someone like that yourself, because even though its easy to keep one player doing well from carrying, its more difficult to hard carry if your team sucks on a champ like that, than it is as an adc or mage. That on top of riot adding more objectives to the point that ANYONE is going to have a decent idea of what they should pressure next, makes it alot harder to solo carry than previous seasons and makes u need your team to do at least decently in the early.
