Climbing out of Low-Elo tips?

I got silver in Season 4 (but im pretty sure like 80% of people get silver on their first time doing ranked) and I got Bronze last season and im pretty sure imam get bronze this season too. My KDA is often better then the rest of my team, but I just don’t know how to carry. I don’t mean to blame my teams for the loss (Only a few times xD) but would happen to know some easy to carry champs? My go-to would be wukong/fiora atm

I wouldn't point to any specific champion to carry with in Silver. You can carry with whatever champion you feel comfortable with in that ELO. But at Silver, there tends to be pretty large skill discrepancy between players. You'll find that some games are just not carryable no matter what you do.
