Am i the only one who realized that Rengo AP Ratio got nerfed in one of the recent patches without Riot writing it in the notes? I recall that Rengo AP Ratio scaled 1 to 1 with his abilities, but now it doesnt? Tell me if im wrong

It's been nerfed a long time now, actually. People were showing how strong AP rengar could be on PBE and it got nerfed right away.

Wasn't it because his R had an AP ratio on his next AA ?

But anyway tbh I'm absolutely lost on what Riot's doing. They don't want champions to be able to build AP or AD, but they release shit like Kaisa and buff Shyvana AP ratios so she can be played AP too
