QUINN NEEDS SOME WORK

Hey guys, first post here. but ive been playing quinn for a while now and have come to the descision to show you guys why quinn needs some elbow grease. while quinn is far from useless i do believe that her ult could be fixed by making not using mana in bird form, and also getting back abilities after transformation. just a though, so tell me what you guys think
