Recent Lag/MS issues?

I asked people in every match that I've played and experienced lag and at least one person minimum has stated that they are experiencing it with roughly the same ms that I have been having. 300ms-400ms. Has anyone else been experiencing lag? My ping always stays around 40-60. I ran several different speed tests and they give me roughly 30-33 ping/ms everytime. Why is this now a new issue when I play league? This is a brand new laptop that can even handle running games like Warcraft, Everquest 2, Aion, Rift, Guild Wars 2 with absolutely no issues, even when raiding.

YES! I don't play on wifi specifically because of this game, I used to have wifi lag issues and then I switched to LAN now I consistently sit at 32ms every game. However after this last patch I've been getting massive lag spikes, in the middle of the game i swear i saw my ping shoot up to 698,468! Rito get it together!

I have the same issues during peak hours, even when I'm home alone only one on the internet I can play fine after say 10pm my time till about 3pm but from 3pm-9pm I'm at a constant 300 ping and getting random dc's. I know it's league given the fact I like most people have other games I play and my ping is still the same not sure if its an issue with my ISP and connecting to the servers at this time frame or what but I literally can't play in the evening anymore. In case it's relevant to anyone else my ISP is Suddenlink.

It's driving me crazy! It causes me to get reported and badmouthed for something that isn't under my control. It all started happening as soon as the new update was introduced!
