Nope because he's an assassin and he should not be allowed to easy fight after his initiation.

Or make all his cd reduced by 6 so that he can get more than 1 cible in team fights.

What if there was an unique item that was similar to grail for AD energy champions? The "kill" part, no other energy regen whatsoever.

Of course, there will never be energy regen items (just runes that nobody uses) because balance reasons, but I can see an unique item just for energy champions since they don't get a lot of or any use out of mana items.

Zed should get mana, and if he then kills an enemy he gets mana, that would be more fair.
