Is Riot Support Center even a thing?

For a big game like this, you would think there would be a really hard working team of support comunicating with comunity, BUT... riot's support center is absolutely usless. I recall no help ever given from them...but i never needed help anyways,until yesterday when I basically got 14 days ban by mistake, error, whatever, and thought hey, i might contact them via their option "get one on one with support". Guess what, its like no one's working there. It's been day and a half and message is still unopened,not to mention chance of them actually responding. Anyone got any bright ideas on how to reach actuall support, if there is one, and do something about a unfair ban, cuz regional league awaits me while im banned for "playing a game" i suppose, or is this just riot's typical thing...? any comunity idea would be nice, and gotta put some pressure on them to not just improve their system, to also start working with comunity in other ways except making more and more skins, idk, any idea would be fine [zombie-brand-facepalm]

What were you banned for?

You submitted a ticket and it hasn't been opened for 24 hours? All the times I used the ticket thing they responded in less than 5 hours. Some times less than 1 hour. Not to say they are perfect, far from.

mostly agreed. they're. but not because of not answering after a day. because you know you're not the only player in the world. i think they're kinda useless a lot of the times becuase ones i reported someone inting (0/17) on the enemy team and i got message back that said "we are sorry you had to have this player ON YOUR TEAM" when i said he was on the enemy team... its just copy paste but sometimes. they do help.
