I've played I think close to 7 games as Rakan and i've one none and fed in most of the games except one. Even after the nerfs I think he's honestly still a really effective pick and I want to get good at him for Ranked but It feels like every single game I play with him I just can't win.
What's a good mastery page and build for him?

undesirable team1 votesyour laning is pretty shit but you can setup ganks well with w. just play passive imo. at 6 you're super strong with a lowish cd ult that can easily setup kills. easy to catch their adc off guard with a r-w in and your team collapsing
