Hi, I am a mage and I was wondering if you could make an item that gives 60 ability power, 10 magic penetration, and a spell shield every minion wave. I won't ask for magic resistance and movement speed as I wouldn't want the game to become unbalanced... then everyone would have to build it. Sincerely, A struggling fiddlesticks player.

Yes I know hourglass isn't as good as edge, but the power to go untargetable is very good.

People used to build that on Talon late game as a defensive option, he doesn't even have any ap scalings. It did't even give cdr at the time. That is how bad assassin itemization was back then XD
As for the topic creator, nobody would make that item even with the movespeed and magic resistance. Compared to their current items it would not provide the damage needed to be a staple and would be too expensive to put in a counter build.
