Fix the friend's list,

Jesus christ how does this happen. You release a new champ and I can't play the game for 2 whole days because I have no friends list.

To anyone who says this isnt gameplay related, I CAN'T PLAY THE GAME WITH MY FRIENDS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT SO IT IS VERY GAMEPLAY RELATED.
