Not loosing LP based on how you play

I think it is very frustrating to be carrying my own weight in games while the rest of my team, or just a select few, performs badly. Of course, this is not always the reason for losses in ranked games, but they are often enough that they are noticeable. I think it would be great if you got an A- or higher in the game, you don't lose any LP. You might even be able to gain some if you earned an S- or higher. Instead of punishing the whole team for a few bad players, this would ensure that as long as you consistently play at a good enough level, you can always improve. Furthermore, one loss in a ranked game is around equivalent to the gains you made in two wins, which makes it extremely hard to rank up. Of course, you could always grind to get better, but it just makes it so much more difficult and unrealistic.

It's been suggested before, but it could be abused way too easily (People wanting to conserve their stats and farm in favor of winning the game, for example.) Also, your ideas of loss/gain are WAY off, if you wanted there to be no LP reduction you'd have to at least go for an S-S+ requirement, it's way too easy to get an A-.

Edit: Yeah, system is way too inaccurate to give a good result.

It is based on how you play.

In the game towards the end, you lost. You did the one and only thing you were not supposed to do. Why should you not lose LP for that?

And instead of measuring if a player consistently plays at a good enough level to cause consistent wins in their games against players at that level, thus causing them to climb or to descend with consistent losses, you are proposing having ladder ranking to mastery grades which not only already say little to nothing about how a player actually plays, but are very easy to get high grades with anyway.
