.... he was banned for no communication.... what..... he was borderline trolling for actively not supporting as singed support with smite and just roaming aorund in the jungle still not communicating or being an actual support and also stealing cs no doubt from adc... its not his anti meta pick its he effect he has on his teammates

I can say that I am just gonna afk for the first 2 minutes 59 seconds of every game and play through the rest normally. I 100% know that my teammates will be pissed and will report me for it. It was off meta, and we still could possibly win the game. But is it right? Is it OK to do?

No it is not.

Just because I said I was going to do something, does not make it productive, nor accepted by the other 4 team members. Team game means that the team has to agrees on shit. Just saying you will do something, and/or actually doing it, when the other 4 really don't want you to, is trolling/griefing and not playing as part of a team, which is bannable. It is not communicating with the team. Communication is more than just copy/paste a paragraph of your personal plan. Your plan has to be accepted by the other 4. Especially in this case, by the ADC, because they are affected the most by his plan.

Griefing your teammates is bannable, which is exactly what he is doing. Forcing your teammates into unnecessary, risky positions, just so you can do something highly out of the ordinary, and expecting them to just do it without question, is wrong. Riot has every right to ban him for that. If he was so good at communicating, why were so many ban requests made against him? And enough so that he actually was banned multiple times and threatened with perma-ban from an actual, manual audit?

#It is because he refused to work as part of a team in all of those situations!

Just because he did something he felt was productive and was contributing to the team, does not make it true. Sure, the result could have helped, but the overall added stress to the other players (especially his ADCs) was agreed to not be worth it by the majority of the team. 1/5 votes is not going to win anything. 4/5 votes will though. Sure he may have slowed the enemy Jungler down some, but the enemy ADC got way ahead from the 2v1. I would always take an ahead ADC for an inconvenienced Jungler. ADC's cant do much when behind where as most Junglers can still provide some CC and or peel for their carries when behind. Not to mention, many can still be a big damage threat even if behind.

I want him to play as an ADC with less than 10 cs vs a Caitlyn with 35+ and see how OK his "strategy is. Where he cant even get boots and she already has a BF sword. Where she hits 6 when he hits 5. Tell me how fair it is for the ADC to be forced into a gaurenteed losing situation against their will.

You seem new to the whole DUO BOT concept. Let me spell it out for you. ADCs are weak as shit (defensively) but deal a lot of damage. ADCs cannot easily defend themselves in a 1v2. ADCs cannot apply enough pressure to the opposing ADC when behind in levels and items. Most if not all ADCs cant take any defensive items (besides GA and Maw) because it is more or less throwing the game to do so. You will never spike and your damage will be very delayed. The support is their to cover the ADC's weaknesses and provide opportunities in lane to get ahead of the opposing duo. Supports are allowed to roam, but only after letting their ADC know, and then being told that they (the ADC) understands and it is OK to do so. Then, the ADC can prepare to play more defensively. But if they do not know how to play defensively, like how to properly farm under tower or freeze waves, then they would not want to have to 1v2 and would be against the support roaming, which is acceptable too. This is communication. The support is meant to support the team, and primarily the ADC who is almost always the weakest member (defensively) on the team. By abandoning the ADC, who is not capable of handling a 1v2, is not supporting the team. In fact it is almost asking for the opposite to happen, in other words, where the enemy team gets ahead. If he is running all the way top side for a gank, that means a good 3-5 minutes of 1v2 for the adc. Quite a long time to be in a losing position. Not to mention that he is also going to be under leveled and low on gold since he only had a few jungle camps (maybe) and a kill or an assist (again maybe) for income. If he got non of those, he is extremely far behind. Essentially making him basically in the same position as someone who was AFK for a couple of minutes, just like how I started this post.

I'm pretty sure in the terms and conditions riot said they can and will do anything they please with their game, meaning even if they are in the wrong they don't care, they have power. I've seen it done plenty of times. Riot is corrupt. Which is why I refuse to promote the game with money anymore. And if anyone else was smart about it too, they would too.
