Why this game is terrible
League of legends has one of the most toxic communities of any game in existence. Players always rage about the slightest things and it really starts to ruin the experience of all other players. I haven't played for a few weeks, and I'm realizing more and more that this is just a crap game.
Also, when you are playing ranked, the pick order system is bullshit. Players constantly pick roles that they can't handle, and as a result, get roflstomped and either troll or rage quit. Let's say you are on a nice win streak, and you are trying to pull yourself out of a division. Why would the system make you fifth pick? It truly makes no sense, and people lose games because of it. If you tell the team that a certain role is your best role and you are 4th/5th pick, people will purposely pick that role just to be a douchebag. Pick order! Yeah, suck my dick. And don't come back with the, "Oh you are playing ranked, you should be able to play any role." I can play any role, my play style just happens to make me more beneficial to my team in certain lanes. But I'm the asshole, right?
League of Legends is also a super stagnant game. They need more 5v5 maps. Playing the same map over and over starts to take it's toll. I understand that "Each game is different" but it's really not. I really only care about ranked play, so the other game modes don't help me at all. I already have enough IP.
At the end of the day, I'm not raging--I'm just telling you why this game is terrible. Maybe if Riot made this a paid subscription type game, it would make people afraid to troll. Nothing is going to stop little Timmy from throwing a tempter tantrum to his mommy requesting she buy him skins and rune pages, but at least it would help. I work too hard and I have too little free time to deal with trolls. People love to talk shit and hide behind their computers, and I feel that that has become the premise of this game. This is my opinion, but I'm sure it's an opinion shared by many. There are too many other games out there for me to care about this one. And btw Riot, I've never purchased any of your crap, and I never will. Why should I pay for a game that you have made no significant effort to improve? God Bless!
