Ally Slain/Enemy Slain Header

My ally slain/enemy slain header in the top right corner of my screen whenever a champion is killed or executed has gotten very small for no reason at all! It is not regular size and this really bothers me. I have screwed around with resolutions in and out of game, restarted everything, restored default settings, etc. It's affecting my League experience. Can somebody help me in fixing this? :'( Below is a picture!
