I just got 
yesterday, and have been playing as him for a few games with not much luck winning. I need help with a good build and what abilities to max first.

Fisherman Fízz1 votesYour build and ability max order looks just fine. I prefer to max E most of my games and get as my first item if im vs an AP champion. Also consider getting CDR boots if you chose to go with that build (low CDR) so you have more mobility.
