I get she can be beat, but the only way I can find is rushing negatron cloak, I still get fucked and I cant farm at all. She can kill you if she hits you with dash and sigil twice early on and if you are on a melee champ, you cant even auto attack her when she dashes.

I think Leblanc should have like a 1 second cd between recasting her w. That will make it so its possible to trade at all for melee champs. Lots of mid laners are melee so It would make a little balance for trades.

well take this rune set up

magic pen reds, hp yellows, flat mr blues and ap quints

and then you should be fine with getting a item 3001 if need early with the HP you get and the mr blues you take

Akali has a really hard time against LB early game - that's a fact. However, Akali becomes very tanky late and sustains a shitton. If you get a kill on LB in lane from jg help, or her being arrogant and aggressive, you can completely dominate her in lane and later on - LB is forced to build squishy glass cannon or she is useless, while Akali can build gunblade / semi tank and still burst ADCs in one or two rotations.

You have to play aggressive on her since damage you do to LB sticks - she can't sustain through it while Akali has her passive. After six you should be able to do a lot of dmg to her, just make sure you have an escape or something to block the chain when she retaliates.

Take MR blues and Armor yellows - she will be harassing you with auto attacks a lot too, and yeah, rush Neg cloak, and possibly Mercs. You have to hit her back when she goes in on you, don't let LB do free dmg to you.

Akali is a lane that LB -HAS- to win, or she will be completely useless and can't even farm, while it's sort of expected that Akali will lose the lane but still might be able to carry anyway.
