Everybody is getting buffed except Ahri

Ok so i wont argue whit you im here to say what i think: so let begin whit patch 6.9 around 80% of the midlaners got a buff some were a huge buff (malzahar vlad ect.) and others not that big and in a few words riot made it so they can survive the laning faze against the holy 4 (Zed,akali,katarina,LeBlanc) they refused to admit that these 4 champions were way beyond overpower so insted they just buffed a lot of the midlaners the in the next few patches we saw a buff to syndra and supprise supprise big boy zed ill talk about zed some other time becouse there is so much to be said it wont fit in but back to my point for 5-6 patches pretty much all mid laners got a buff whit one exeption Ahri wasent touched thats not the only problem they made it specificly so that they reworked midlaners can counter her as hard as zed do against malzahar you cant do your combo ... never his passive dosent allow you to do it charm will be stoped leaveing you whit no cc against annie not only she can still oneshot you now even if you somehow manage to kill her tibbers will finish the work for her whit get this 90% IGREACED ATTACK SPEED AND MOVE SPEED veigar wont allow you to get near him if you do he gets free ap to add more to click and die R button he has so ill stop here i can ramble about this all day but its getting too big so tell me should Ahri get a buff or mini rework atlest to give her a chance to survive the laning faze.
