Rumble's visual changes (W and R)

First let me start by saying that I am all for change. Nothing is wrong with spicing up a champion's visual but when a well known problem can arise from such a change, it begs the question: Does riot games think about how it would affect a person's well being?

Now the problem I'm having is nothing with Rumble's Ultimate (although the teleport + instant ult problem still exist). It's his W scrap shield. The flash of white light every time I use my scrap shield is head ache inducing. Epilepsy is a very common trait and it can cause a lot of distress among its sufferers. Anyone care to discuss?
