Ok so im making a smurf and im lvl 29. I want to know if when I hit lvl 30 can I play ranked from then or do I have to hit 30 and level it up a whole level to complete the 30 bar. Im pretty sure It goes straight from 29 to full 30 but idk someone plz answer the question.

but you also need to own 16 champions that aren't free week(or is it including, not too sure)

Mysticman893 votesNormals draft pick includes free week champs amnongst the 16, ranked draft pick does not.
When dynamic queue came out things were broken at first to allow free week champs in ranked, but I'm fairly sure they've since fixed that.

PalPlays1 votesYou hit 30 and you're good. However, I strongly suggest that you do not play ranked until you have played the game for at least 6 months at level 30. Trust me, you'll be better off.

Wolfram Oxford1 votesWhen you are 30 you CAN play ranked, doesn't mean you SHOULD. I would recommend building up a champion pool for two main roles. This way when you don't get your primary you can still be putting out work, and if you get banned/counter picked you can still play a different champion. Also practicing will help a lot just because you will be better. I know a lot of people, when they get close to 30 think that they will do good...you probably won't.
